RECIPES FOR NORMAL SKIN
-Sweet almond oil or jojoba oil: massage gentlly , remove with warm cloth
-gentle cleansing grains:
1cup rolled oats
1/2cup ground almonds
1tsp dried lavender or peppermint
Mix with 1 tsp natural yoghurt and 2 tsp honey. Keep refrigerated.

-Papaya, mashed: smooth over face, massage gently, rmove.
-Herbal: 1oz dried/3 big handfuls fresh MARIGOLD, 600ml water. Heat herbs in water slowly, tightly covered. do not boil, remove from heat, infuse overnight. Use as a regular toner. Keep refrigerated, use within 3 days.
-Cider vinegar, 1tbsp in 3 tbsp water.
-Rosemary and oatmeal:
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tsp dried rosemary. Steep 15 mins, strain. Add 1 tbsp oatmeal and 1 tbsp almond meal to enough herbal water for a thick paste. Leave on face (NOT eyes or lips) for 20 minutes, wash off with a lukewarm wet cloth.
-Grapefruit and oatmeal: add 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal to the juice of a grapefruit. Mix to thick paste. Spread on face and leave on 15 minutes, remove with warm water.
-Yoghurt and clay herbal mask: mix enough clay with 150ml natural yoghurt to form a stiff paste. Add 3 tsp of herbal infusion (see 'toners') and mix in honey. Apply thinly with cottonwool, leave 10 minutes. Remove with warm water.
-Peaches: mashed - to refine skin texture
-Melons: mashed - to refine skin texture
-For Normal to Oily skin: eggwhite plus 1/4 tsp cider vinegar or lemon juice.
